Daily motivational quotes are the one kind of quote I actually use. Not to frame. To read once, at the start of the day, and then go do the thing. This page is the deck I send from every day, and every line in it was checked against a source before it went in, because daily quotes you cannot trust are just noise with a name on them.

You will find daily inspirational quotes here from Marcus Aurelius, who wrote his in a tent on campaign, from boxers, from a marathon runner, from a scientist. The thread is the same: today is the unit. Not the year, not the plan. Today.

Mine gets read on the harbor wall at about 6:15, coffee in one hand, before the gym opens. One line, then I put the phone away. A quote of the day is not a study session. If it takes longer than the coffee to read, it is the wrong quote.

The attribution matters because a real person said it in a real situation, and that situation is half the weight. Positive quotes for the day are cheap to find online and mostly fake, which is why this deck is shorter than most. If mornings are your problem, the morning collection is the sharper cut, and the guide on waking up early is where the actual method is. An encouraging quote of the day is the easy part.

40 quotes, every one checked against its source. No misattributed internet favourites.
