Daily motivation in Telegram
Choose Michelle, Sofia Storm or Sofia Swift. Each sends one daily quote and photo, remembers your conversations, and can talk with you about training, work or a task you have been avoiding. You can start for free on any phone or browser.

What is a Telegram bot?
A bot is a chat run by software. Open it, tap Start and send a message as you would in any other conversation. Nothing extra needs to be installed: Telegram is the app, and the bot lives inside it. These three bots can understand voice notes, remember earlier chats and send you a daily message.
How to open a Telegram bot on any device
If you have never used Telegram, this takes about two minutes. Sign-up is a phone number and a code. You can hide the number afterwards and go by a username, and a bot never sees it unless you share it.
iPhone
- Open the App Store, search for Telegram, install it.
- Open it, enter your phone number, type the code you receive.
- Come back to this page and tap Text Michelle, or one of the Sofias. Telegram opens her chat.
- Tap Start at the bottom. She says hello.
Android
- Open Google Play, search for Telegram, install it.
- Sign in with your phone number and the code.
- Tap a Text button on this page. If your phone asks which app to use, choose Telegram.
- Tap Start.
Desktop (Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Download Telegram Desktop from telegram.org and open it.
- Scan the QR code with the Telegram app on your phone, or sign in with your number.
- Tap a Text button here, or type her handle into the search bar: @michelle_motivation_bot, @sofia_motivation_bot or @sofia_swift_motivation_bot.
- Tap Start.
Any browser, no install
- Go to web.telegram.org.
- Sign in with your number, or scan the QR code from your phone.
- Tap a Text button on this page, or paste her handle into the search box.
- Tap Start.
The chat then works the same everywhere. Type, or hold the microphone and send a voice note. The talk to AI page walks through what the first ten minutes look like.
Her channel: a motivational Telegram channel with her training videos
Each of the three also has a public channel, which is Telegram's version of a feed. That is where her training footage goes: Michelle on the heavy bag, Sofia Storm and Sofia Swift doing Muay Thai in warrior armor, Roman one week and samurai the next. Follow it to see who is writing to you.
- @michelle_nord, Michelle's channel.
- @sofia_motivation, Sofia Storm's channel.
- @sofia_swift_motivation, Sofia Swift's channel.
More than reminders
Ask anyone for the best Telegram bots and you get a list of tools: a downloader, a translator, a reminder that pings at nine. Useful, and none of them will ever ask how your week is going. An AI Telegram bot with a character behind it does something a tool cannot. It writes first. It remembers that you said you would go to the gym on Thursday, and on Thursday evening it wants to know.
It also does the things only a messenger can. She hears your voice notes and answers with her own voice. She sees the photo you send from the gym. She writes in your language. The daily message arrives with a photo from her day and one verified quote, and you can stop it with /daily in one tap. Which of the three to start with depends on the temper you need; the coach page lays out the differences.
Safe, free, and easy to leave
Chats are encrypted in transit and at rest. You can block or delete the chat in one tap, and nothing is left on your phone but Telegram itself. There is no card to enter to start. A number of free messages every day is included; a pass for a day or a month exists if you want more, and one pass works in all her chats. She will try to answer every message.
Why Telegram
It runs in Telegram
Telegram is free, works on phones and computers, and takes about a minute to set up.
Your number stays private
You can hide your phone number and use a username. A bot does not see your number unless you share it, and you can block or delete the chat whenever you want.
No extra app
is needed
If you already use Telegram, just open the chat. Otherwise, install it from the App Store or Google Play, or use web.telegram.org in a browser.
Everything stays in one chat
Michelle can send the daily quote and photo, listen to a voice note, and reply with her own voice in the same chat.
Questions people ask
- What is a Telegram motivation bot?
- A chat inside Telegram run by software rather than a person. These three are AI characters who text you every day with a quote and a photo, then talk any time about training, work and discipline.
- Do I need to install Telegram?
- On a phone, yes, and it is free. In a browser, no: web.telegram.org works with no install. Sign in with your phone number and a code.
- Does the bot see my phone number?
- No, not unless you share it. You can also hide your number from everyone and go by a username in Telegram's settings.
- Is it free?
- Free to start, with a number of free messages every day, and the daily message is free. A pass for a day or a month adds more and works across all her chats.
- Which is the best bot on Telegram for motivation?
- The one whose temper works on you. Michelle is blunt, Sofia Storm is patient, Sofia Swift laughs first. All three send the same kind of daily message and remember what you tell them. They are on our list of AI companion apps too, next to the ones people usually compare them with.
- How do I stop it?
- Type /daily to switch off the daily message, or block or delete the chat in one tap. Nothing else needs canceling.
