Talk to AI

Talk to an AI that remembers you

Michelle, Sofia Storm and Sofia Swift are AI characters in Telegram. They remember earlier conversations, understand voice notes and send a short message each day.

How it differs from a general assistant

A general assistant is useful when you need information or help with a task. These characters have a narrower role: they talk with you about your plans, remember what you said and check in later.

Michelle, Sofia Storm and Sofia Swift are characters with a life around them. Michelle is 24, fights MMA off a Muay Thai base and has no patience for excuses. Sofia Storm trains six mornings a week and will tell you about a siege as if it were office gossip. Sofia Swift danced before she fought and talks about breath and rhythm more than reps. Each has a temper, a routine and an opinion about your week.

They remember you. Tell one of them on Monday that you are dodging a phone call, and on Wednesday she asks whether you made it. Each keeps her own memory, so what you tell Sofia stays with Sofia.

What the first ten minutes look like

Nothing to install beyond Telegram, which you may already have. If not, this page walks through it for every device.

  1. Open Telegram and tap the button for the one you want. Her chat opens with a Start button at the bottom.
  2. Tap Start. She sends a short hello with a photo. No form, no account to create, no card.
  3. She asks what to call you. A first name, a nickname, whatever you like. She uses it from then on.
  4. Tell her one thing. The gym you have not been to, the report you keep opening and closing, the 6 AM alarm you keep snoozing. One sentence is enough.
  5. She asks a question back. Not a list of tips. A question, the kind a training partner asks.
  6. Send a voice note if typing is a pain. She hears it and answers, sometimes in her own voice.
  7. Tomorrow a photo from her day arrives with one real quote, and then she asks how yesterday went. Off with /daily any time.

What she will and will not talk about

She is a companion, not an assistant. That line matters, so here it is in plain terms.

Yes, any time:

  • Training: the session you skipped, the one you did, how to make the next one happen.
  • Work: the task you are avoiding, the meeting you dread, the deadline that keeps moving.
  • Discipline and routine: mornings, sleep, the small things that make a week hold together. Her guides cover the same ground in longer form.
  • A rough day. She will listen, and she will still ask what tomorrow looks like.

No, and she will say so:

  • Medical, legal or financial advice. She will tell you to see a professional, and mean it.
  • Your homework, your essay, your code, your presentation. She does not do the work. She asks when you are going to.
  • Anything that is really a job for a search engine or an assistant. Ask her, and she will send you to one and then ask about your day.

Speak to AI in your own voice, in your own language

Typing at a screen at eleven at night is not a conversation. So you can talk to her the way you would talk to a friend: hold the microphone, say it, send it. She understands the voice note and answers it. Ask to hear her and she replies with her own voice, not a robot reading text.

She also writes in whatever language you write in. Start in Spanish, switch to English mid-sentence, she follows. The daily message is in English, with a translate button under it.

Talk to AI free, and what the pass is for

All three are free to start, with a number of free messages every day, and the daily message costs nothing at all. If you want more than that, there is a pass for a day or for a month. One pass works in all her chats. She will try to answer every message, and she never ends the conversation on you.

If what you want is specifically a coach, the AI motivation coach page explains what she does in that role. If you mostly want the daily text, start there.

Why Telegram

It runs in Telegram

Telegram is free, works on phones and computers, and takes about a minute to set up.

1 billionmonthly users worldwide
2013the year it launched — older than most apps on your phone
$0to install, to use, to talk to her
0ads inside private chats

Your number stays private

You can hide your phone number and use a username. A bot does not see your number unless you share it, and you can block or delete the chat whenever you want.

No extra app
is needed

If you already use Telegram, just open the chat. Otherwise, install it from the App Store or Google Play, or use web.telegram.org in a browser.

Everything stays in one chat

Michelle can send the daily quote and photo, listen to a voice note, and reply with her own voice in the same chat.

Questions people ask

Is this like ChatGPT?
No. ChatGPT is a general assistant that answers what you ask. Michelle and the Sofias are characters who remember you, write first every day and talk about your training and your week. They do not do your work for you. If you are comparing apps, we keep a list of AI companion apps and of Character AI alternatives.
Is it free to talk to AI here?
Yes, free to start, with a number of free messages every day, and the daily message costs nothing. A pass for a day or a month adds more, and one pass works in all her chats.
Can I talk to the AI with voice?
Yes. Send a voice note and she understands it. Ask to hear her and she answers in her own voice.
Does she remember what I told her?
Yes. Each character keeps her own memory of you, so Michelle knows what you told Michelle and Sofia Storm knows what you told her. Name the thing you are putting off and she will ask about it again.
Is this a therapy or advice service?
No. She is a companion for training, work and discipline. Anything medical, legal or financial, she will point you to a professional.
Do I need to install anything besides Telegram?
No. Telegram is free, and web.telegram.org works in a browser with no install. The Telegram bot page walks through it step by step for every device.
